All deposits are completely non refundable. Due to too many cancellations once deposit is paid I allow one reschedule with that deposit 24 hours before scheduled appointment. I do not offer soak offs for nails I did not do. You MUST come to your appointment with bare clean nails UNLESS it’s work I did. I only work on product I applied. If you come in with product I did not do I will reschedule you. This includes gel polish, SNS, acrylic, gel x I didn’t do. Thank you
